The returned goods are only accepted after the purchasers notify us on the same day of the delivery.
Purchaser must pay all expenses for back and forth if the goods are retuned by the purchaser`s request for their conveniences.
Purchaser mujst check the goods upon delivery in the presence of the driver to confirm if there is any damage on the goods due to poor handling of the forwarding agent. You may ask the assistance of the driver to return the goods to us. If the driver is already left please take picture of the delivery box (outside and inside package) and call the TAKKYUBIN COMPANY and ask them to get the broken items and notify us on this matter. Then we can change the broken items right after we received the confirmation from the TAKKYUBIN COMPANY. Again and please be aware, without the proper notification and Picture of the delivery box (outside and inside package), TAKKYUBIN COMPANY and /or ASIA YAOSHO may not accept any claim.
